PBG Pune Jaguars are owned by Mr. Punit Balan, an entrepreneur, filmmaker, social worker and sports enthusiast.

A strong supporter of Indian sport, Mr. Balan also owns several teams across leagues, including PBG Kolhapur Tuskers in the Maharashtra Premier League, Pune Jaguars in the Tennis Premier League, PBG Mumbai Khiladis in Ultimate Kho Kho and Maharashtra Ironmen in the Premier Handball League. He has also been actively involved in supporting talented athletes across multiple sports in India.
